Is outsourcing cost-efficient?

To ensure quality we offer an extensive service level agreement. This includes a guarantee that:

  • we are available 99.9% of the time.
  • the customer satisfaction rate is not lower than 95%!

Should we not live up to the Service Level Agreement than we will refund part of the monthly fee.

The small print

We pride ourselves on being a transparent company.

To give you the best possible service we rely on you to share the launch dates of key campaigns and websites launches. That way we can make sure that we have enough chat agents available and are ready for an increase in website visits. Only if we have received this information at least 7 days before the key dates we can guarantee the agreed response times.

Every live chat service subscription is billed in advance. Additional chats are billed monthly in arrears.
